Booking Terms & Policies

To reserve your dates we collect 50% at the time of booking. The remaining balance is automatically charged to the card on file 30 days before your arrival date.

Cancel more than 30 days before check-in for a full refund. Cancel 14–30 days before check-in for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable.

A refundable security deposit hold is placed on your card before arrival and released after check-out, provided the cottage is left in good condition. (Final amount to be confirmed.)
